My Girl Connection understand that ordering online can be challenging when you can’t see your items in person. We want you to be pleased with the any and all products you select and purchase. My Girl Connection has done our best to bring you the most accurate, detailed pictures and descriptions of all our products listed. 

Your use of the My Girl Connection website implies your understanding and in compliance with our policies and procedures.

Please select your products carefully and consider any questions you have. Items that do not have a warranty through the manufacture may not be returned, even if you have not opened the item. Items can be canceled before they leave the warehouse, but unfortunately not after product is shipped and received. Unwanted Packages: Please do not refuse your shipment. If your order has shipped and you no longer want it, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE. Contact us and we can work with you directly to return your eligible purchase.

Our return policy is deliberately rigid. Items returned to manufacture must meet very specific criteria to be eligible for return. My Girl Connection reserves the right to deny return requests at our discretion. This is simply for the safety and peace of mind of all of our customers.

Most manufactures on My Girl Connection contain a 30 day warranty to cover toys that may be defective upon arrival. If any customer needs help in contacting a manufacture about defective product within the 30 day time frame, feel free to contact us, and we can assist in the process. shipping:

COVID-19 SHIPPING NOTICE: All domestic shippers including UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service have suspended delivery guarantees as a result of increased shipping volume due to COVID-19. Until further notice, posted delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. While the majority of packages are making it to their destinations on time, there is the chance that your package will be delayed, even if shipped via an expedited method. We are not able to offer refunds for shipping costs if your package does not arrive in the time frame anticipated.

Once an order is placed and fully processed, Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from when a customer receives the emailed shipping notification and not from the time a customer placed the order. The shipping estimate does not include the time your order takes to be processed. Most orders are processed within 24 hours during business days and 24-48 hours on weekends, during holidays orders will be processed the following business days. Please note that shipping can be postponed if placed before major holidays due to warehouse closure.

Purchases that qualify for “free shipping” are orders of $75 or more and may be shipped economy method. If a customer desires to a faster shipping method, please let us know during checkout. Purchases over $750 are required to be shipped “required signature” method.

My Girl Connection will never knowingly process and ship an order to any customer or persons under 18. By use of this website you are acknowledging this is an adult website, and confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. You must be at least 18 years of age to order from My Girl Connection.

Incorrect addresses: When making a purchase, please double check all shipping addresses listed. A re-ship or re-stocking fee may apply if a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or delivery information that is provided by the customer. Please note: Do Not return packages to My Girl Connection without our emailed approval with will contain our return requirements. Packages not approved prior to returning are considered a bio-hazard and will be disposed of. Any unauthorized returns will not be replaced or credited. the following are considered Unauthorized:

  • Returns made with the pretense that there is a defect, when in fact, one does not exist.

  • Returns made after the return parameters have expired. This information will be provided within your return instructions.

Liberator - Because of their larger size, most Liberator items ship via UPS and a physical address is needed to fill these orders. Liberator items are often made to order and may take additional processing time. Liberator shapes and throws ship within the contiguous US only.

Please note: In order to provide our customers with a wide range and unique selection of products, many items are stocked in a warehouse not on site, and though we strive to provide the accurate inventory to customers, there may at times be a product you ordered that is not available right away. When if happens we will notify you as quickly as possible, and you will be able to select another item, color or style or that part of your order will be canceled. If a customer would like to wait for product to be restocked we will send you a waitlist email when the item becomes available again.
